Office moves in the flexible workspace world come in more shapes than most removals firms ever see, and we’ve handled them all:
- Within the same brand — moving clients between centres of the same operator as their needs change
- Between brands of the same group — for example, relocating a client from a Regus centre to a Spaces centre, both IWG brands, with each site’s standards respected
- Between different serviced office providers — onboarding clients smoothly from a competitor’s building into yours
- From private offices into serviced space — we’ve moved businesses out of their own privately leased offices and into flexible workspace, handled on behalf of our operator customers as part of winning that client
Moves & Relocation Services
- Internal moves – relocate clients between offices within the same building, with out-of-hours working available by arrangement
- Moves between buildings – package, transport and set up a client’s office in another building
- Large moves – Luton-style vans and multiple vehicle loads, including moves between cities, with full loading, securing, transport and offloading
- Centre equipment moves – relocating provider-owned assets (desks, chairs, AV kit and more) between centres to balance stock or support refurbishments
- IT and data coordination – disconnect and reconnect IT and telecoms equipment so workstations and meeting rooms are functional post-move, with specialist support where structured cabling or patching is required
Decommission, Clearance & Reinstatement
When a client leaves, we get the space back to standard:
- Decommission and reinstatement – remove and clear departed clients’ equipment and furniture, including basic reinstatement such as replacing chair arms and hydraulics
- Waste and recycling clearance – unwanted furniture, packaging and redundant IT kit removed responsibly
- Vacant office setup – spaces staged with suitable furniture and layout, so every room is show-ready for viewings or the next occupier at short notice
