Handyman Service

Your Building, Looked After

One multi-skilled team for everything - from fit-outs to five-minute fixes.

Commercial Handyman Services Across Central Scotland

At our core, we’re handymen – and that’s our strength. Our multi-skilled team provides commercial handyman services for offices and workspaces across Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Stirling, Perth and Dundee, covering the full range of trades a building needs and completing a high percentage of jobs on the first visit.

We understand serviced office environments from top to bottom, and we manage every stage of the office lifecycle – from full fit-out works down to the day-to-day maintenance that keeps your building running. Our goal is simple: keeping your offices ready for sale, not sitting idle waiting for repair.

One Team, Every Trade

Genuinely multi-skilled means exactly that. Take something as simple as moving a floor box: that can involve cutting into a floor tile, running power and data, and laying carpet tiles — work most contractors would send two or three separate trades for. We handle it all in one visit.

That same breadth runs across everything we do:

  • Electrical – from changing a lamp to lighting design and DALI configuration
  • Plumbing – repairs, replacements and tea point works
  • Joinery and fixing – doors, furniture, shelving, signage and everyday repairs
  • Decorating – filling, making good and touch-up painting
  • Flooring – carpet tile fitting and patch repairs

For bigger jobs in any of these areas, our dedicated electrical, plumbing, painting and flooring services take over – same company, same standards, deeper specialism.

How We Work With You

Most of our handyman work is built on ongoing relationships. We offer three ways to engage us:

  • Contract handyman services – regular scheduled visits to work through your job list, keeping small issues from becoming big ones
  • Ad-hoc callouts – responsive support within agreed SLAs when something needs attention between visits
  • One-off visits – a specific task, quoted and completed without fuss

For the buildings we look after regularly, nothing is too small to raise. It’s easy enough to book a plumber or electrician for a full day – but when you need a five-minute fix, your regular team is already there, already knows the building, and just gets it done. That’s the real value of having one maintenance partner: the big projects get done properly, and the small stuff never piles up.

Proud Members of the Flexible Space Association

We’re proud members of the Flexible Space Association (FlexSA) – the voice of the flexible workspace sector since 1989, supporting, promoting and representing the industry across the UK. Membership isn’t just a badge for us; it’s a reflection of where we’ve chosen to specialise. Alongside workspace operators, FlexSA’s membership includes companies providing services to the flexible workspace industry – and that’s exactly where we sit. Being part of the association keeps us close to the operators we serve and the issues shaping the sector, from compliance and energy performance to the changing ways businesses use space.

It means the team maintaining your buildings genuinely understands your industry – its standards, its pace, and what it takes to keep a workspace ready for business.

Built for Flexible Workspaces

Serviced offices generate a constant stream of maintenance – clients move in, clients move out, rooms reconfigure, and every space needs to stay show-ready throughout. Our handyman service is shaped around exactly that rhythm: discreet working around your clients, presentation standards front of mind, and the flexibility to reprioritise when a viewing is booked or a move-in date lands.

And if a job is awkward, fiddly, or hard to get quoted elsewhere – bring it to us. Solving those is part of looking after a building properly.
